Diving & personal protection items
We produce a range of elastomeric mouldings for use in the diving and personal protection industries.
These are available in a full range of materials from liquid silicon to chlorobutyl, and in a variety of colours and hardnesses that can be tailored to suit customer requirements.
We can provide materials that are fully certified to defence and civil specifications.
Typical products
The items we manufacture for this industry sector include: face masks, nasal units, fixing straps, neck seals, ankle and wrist seals, regulator valves, mouthpieces and special 'O' rings.

Technical support & tooling
We offer customers full support in component development and design. Our CAD facilities enable communication directly with customers' engineers to provide design and value engineering. Designs can then be transferred to our extensive tool room for the production of prototypes and production tooling.
